1) Select a list: You may select which list to export or you can dump all your subscribers into a single export file. It is recommended that you export each list into a separate file to avoid any confusion; if you export all the data to a single file, you'll have no way of separating it again.
2) Fields to export: Click the checkboxes with the data you want to export. You may only export the data you collected when users signed up to your lists...
3) Optin date: Select if you want to export the date in which the subscriber signed up to be on your lists.
4) List ID: If you selected to export all your lists at once, check this field to know which of your lists each of your subscribers was in originally.
5) Export: Click this button to export the data. A pop-up window will prompt you to save a file to your hard drive. This is your exported data, save it as a text file on your computer.
IMPORTANT:
If you are using the "custom fieldsets" feature to gather custom information from your list subscribers, you'll need to follow a different procedure to export your data.
1) Login to your ThirdSphere web control panel.
2) Click on the "Web Hosting Options" section.
3) Click the "Backup/Restore your website" link.
4) Click the "Automation Station" download link to download the file.
Wow this is going fast!... you now know how to create and manage mailing lists and follow-up autoresponders with personalization capabilities. It is now time for you to jump on to the next step and start populating the Automation Station with your products or services!
