Add a new affiliate graphic.
On the Automation Station menu, place your mouse over "Affiliates" and click on the "Add graphic" sub-menu. You'll be taken to a new screen where you'll be able to easily add new graphics and banners for your affiliates to use.

In this form you'll be asked to fill in three fields:
1) Graphic description: Enter a short description (an identifier) for your new ad. This is the name for the graphic that will be shown in the affiliate center.
2) Image: Click the 'Browse' button to navigate on your computer and select the new graphic or banner that you want to add. Graphics must be in the jpg or gif formats, else they just won't work with our system.
3) Alt text: Use this field to type in a short description about your site or a small call to action (e.g.: Click here!). This text message will be displayed when a user places his mouse over the affiliate graphic.
4) Image size: On this field, you must enter the width and height of the image you just uploaded. If you don't add these, the image might display wrong in your affiliate center and on the websites of your affiliates, so it is crucial that you enter them.
5) Select a product: This field lets you choose a specific product from your line. If you do, the visitors that your affiliates send your way will land on the specific page that you assigned to that product. This is a great feature since you can have a lot of different products on different websites. If you leave the "All products" message on this field, the visitors your affiliates send will land on your main website.
6) Add graphic: Once you finish entering the details of your new graphic or banner, use this button to add it to your affiliate center.
