E-mail all affiliates.
On the Automation Station menu, place your mouse over "Affiliates" and click the "Send Email" sub-menu. You'll be taken to a new screen that allows you to send out a mailing to all your affiliates at once. The screen looks just like this one:

1) Including dynamic information: Decide which of the dynamic information fields you want to merge into your e-mail. The options you have are these:
a) Account information: Includes the login information of each affiliate and a link to your affiliate training center.
b) Removal instructions: Tells your affiliates how to delete their affiliate account.
c) Statistics: Includes a short summary of the month you select. This is useful information if you are holding an affiliate contest and want to let them know how they are doing and motivate them to sell more of your products.
2) E-mail subject: Enter the subject of your e-mail. You may personalize it by including the first name or the last name of each affiliate.
3) E-mail body: Use this field to type in (or paste) the body of your message. You can use any of the personalization tags you see in the buttons above this field.
4) Send Email: Click this button to send out your mailing. You will recieeve a notification once the mailing has gone out completely.
