Add a sale manually
View existing sales.

On the Automation Station menu, place your mouse over "Sales" and click on the "View" sub-menu. You'll be taken to a new screen where you'll be able to check in detail the sales that you and your affiliates have made... The page looks like this:
This page is basically composed of three different areas:

1) Search: This field lets you search for a specific sale by entering any details you might have about it, like the first name of the customer, his last name, the e-mail address used when purchasing, etc.

2) View by date: This area allows you to pull and display a list of sales that were made on any specific month you enter.

3) Detailed sales view: This area displays in detail the sales that were made this month. You'll be able to check them by day, customer name & amount earned. You will also see three options that you can use to manage a specific sale:

a) Edit: This field lets you edit the information contained in a sale record.

b) Reverse: Probably the most important field. It allows you to mark a sale as "Reversed.” When you mark a sale as reversed, it will be recorded in negative numbers on the rest of your statistics: if the sale was made by any of your affiliates, the commission will be deducted automatically. Important: You need to understand that reversing a sale on this field is only for statistical purposes: If you need to issue a refund to your customer, you'll need to do it with the tools provided by your billing processor for this purpose.

c) Delete: This link allows you to delete a sale record completely. It is an excellent way to get rid of any test sales you made while setting your system up.
